allianceonline.co.uk Return Policy?
At allianceonline.co.uk, if you wish to return an item, they will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow their returns procedure. Please note items ordered incorrectly through customers' own error will incur a collection charge of £6.50. This will be deducted from the refund total.
For Kitchen / Capital Equipment, if you wish to return your item(s), it must first be agreed with Alliance Online. A restocking charge of 25% applies, and they reserve the right to charge for return carriage. Any kitchen / capital equipment items returned must be in their original packaging together with all manuals and accessories. In the event that you no longer have the packaging, they will be unable to accept the item(s). Credit will only be honoured once the goods have been received and inspected by Alliance. In the event of returned goods being used and unsaleable, no credit will be given, and the goods will be sent back to the customer.
Special Order Products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned.
As for the shipping policy, standard delivery is in 1-3 working days (excluding capital equipment) and is free of charge for orders over £30 ex VAT (Highlands & Islands are subject to a delivery charge). Capital Equipment delivery times may vary depending upon stock levels at the time of your order. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstance deliveries to Northern Ireland are currently taking longer than usual and in some cases could take up to 21 days. If you require a more detailed delivery estimate, you can contact them. Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas. Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday. Standard UK delivery excludes Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery information. Kitchen & Capital Equipment delivery times may vary depending upon stock availability at the time of your order. Please note: they cannot deliver Kitchen & Capital Equipment on Saturdays. Capital & Kitchen Equipment deliveries will be made between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00. Please note: next day delivery is not available for liquid and chemical products. Age Restricted products will be subject to an Identity Check upon delivery. Bank holiday delivery: orders placed over Bank Holiday Weekend will not be delivered until Wednesday.
